Now we face recovery time - which she has been told no lifting more than a knife and fork for 3 months!!! Seems crazy but we will need to hold her to this :) (sorry mom, we may be on your case about following doctors orders!)
Her surgery was to repair the surgery that wasn't done so well on her broken arm (try avoid her first surgeon if possible... Sounds like "Locked"!! Lol - letter to head of surgeons in process...)
Mom ended up needing a bone graft because the bone didn't heal properly. A wrong plate was put in initially which allowed the bone to bend...
Now things seem to be much better...
Mom looked fabulous last night and here is the truth - she rocks it on pain killers!!!
Lets say we shared a few good laughs last night!!
Wish you a speedy recovery mom.... We'll be around to give you company!!
