Through the eye of my phone...

** This was supposed to blog off of my phone last week sometime but it didnt...

It's so easy to snap pictures with my phones camera... Not the greatest quality but fast, quick an easy none the less :)

Starting today and back tracking...

Our last puppy found it's new home today!! Ranen and Owen will sure miss having them around - we are going to have to visit Opa and Oma Shiloh regularly for their puppy fix...

Dad's surgery on Monday went really well and so far Dad is quite chipper... Took the kids to see him yesterday (tuesday) :)
{**addition... Dad went home from the hospital on Thursday and things are going really well - so thankful!!}

Saturday... Ben was off and the garden finally got seeded - happy day!!!
Too busy to take any pictures then but I do have some from Ranen helping me transplant onions a couple weeks ago...

She loves this gardening adventure.... As well as bike ride dates with Mommy...

Dragonflies  and Herons nesting... This time of year you can hear their young!

Hubby in such a need of a haircut... We have up and went and bought a new and better hair cutting machine because our old one just basically combed his hair!!

LOVE HIM... Beyond words :)

Corina sent me this picture... And I just ADORE it!!

Every lunch hour Ranen tries to weasel her way outside with Ben and Corina - she's getting so smart though!! She does not just ask if she can come along and risk a 70% likelihood of being told no… She now will say "what are you doing this aft?" Or "are you blowing bedding?" And then replies with "oh I can help with that!!!" Now she goes along more often than not!

So the above was going to be posted last Wednesday but didn't work... so then I added to it on Friday!

The lashes...

Ranen and Owen play fighting ...

Hope you all have a great week...

My little man....

2 today!!
So much love for this big little guy :)

He is a gem,
knows that he is a ham,
a true character,
loved to pluto and back!

Owen...
completely infatuated with tractors,
an early riser
(him and I usually have a good hour together in the mornings alone)
loves begging for cookies, chips or candy in the morning!,
has the greatest grins,
knows when he is doing something cute,
slow in the talking department
but still knows how to get his point across!
loves his Daddy,
loves going out to work with his Daddy,
lets say it again, obsessed with tractors!....

 Happy 2nd birthday buddy!!
We are so thankful to have you as a part of us :)

See... he knows when he is being a ham!

Loves and dotes on his little sister...  so gentle!

Loves his big sister too
...but also loves to rile her up...
they do play so well together but now that Owen's a little bigger,
he can hold his ground slightly which can be rather entertaining!!

I do often sit back and wonder... if Landon was here what kind of
a friendship you might have had with him...
if you would both be arguing over tractors,
or 'farming' together,
if he'd be helping you connect and disconnect your trailers
(so Mommy wouldn't have to do it a million times a day)
would you be doing boy things together ALL the time
(albeit your sister is a pretty good tomboy!)
... the wondering is there but we leave it at peace.

We love and treasure you so much Owen...
and remember these 'yesterdays'!

...looking forward to celebrating YOU, my little man!!

As the phone has captured...

Some pictures of late from off my phone...

Tuesday evening's walk:

One of my most favourite routines... Getting outside after supper to burn off some energy!!

Morning snuggles:

Ben's method for levelling and tilling up my garden beds :)
(it's about working smart apparently:)
Sure glad I dont have to turn all 5 over with a spade!

So alert... Growing up so fast!!

Stopped by Opa and Oma yesterday to pick up some 5 gallon buckets with
draining holes for my tomato plants :)
(sure is nice that they collect and store potentially 'useful' items!!)
 - the story goes... "Opa and Oma were on a drive when they saw these
marijuana pails on the side of the road and stopped to pick them up
as surely someone in the family could use them to grow something!!"

Puppies - growing like weeds - kids love them!! 16 of them...

A quick visit before bed!

Story time!! Hands (and heart!) full!!

We are in love!
